It is all built

It always was.
Somewhere
Deep inside
You know the truth
Is lying
Dormant.

Is it easier
To just pretend?
After a while
It seems they
Become truth.

The past is never
Healed
With lies
And a future
Should never be constructed
On lies.
Somewhere deep inside
The truth
Is always hiding.

You know it...
Unless you are
One of the experts
Who really believes
Your own lies.
