And high heels.

Of tiny pieces
Of tin foil
Full of wonder.
Images
Of water,
Water waist high
Of chaos
And mayhem.
Images
Of death
And the smell
Of the dying.
Images
Of a body
Blue
And stiff
Lips and face
Swollen
With water
And death.
Images...
Burned in my mind,
Forever.

Sometimes
They are
Deep and embedded
And other times
They come
Boiling up.

Trying
To just keep
All my shit
In check
These days.
